The graphs compare prices in observed transactions in the most recent five-week period of 2025 (Weeks 11 to 15) with the previous five-week period (Weeks 6 to 10). Average prices over the most recent five-week period were higher than in the previous period for Styles 0, 4L and 6, and marginally lower for Styles 1 and 2. Trends were affected by a drop in the number of observed transactions in the most recent period.
Observed in-shell prices in the last five weeks averaged $3.44/kg CIF for NIS22+ and $3.02/kg CIF for NIS20-22. These prices were steady against previous periods.
